Все относительно. Два станка - это больше площадь для их содержания, это больше персонала для обслуживания, это большие временные затраты на производство, это большая вероятность человеческого фактора и т.д. Нужно считать что в итоге будет. Сранивать годовые затраты. Конечно, может в итоге победят 2 станка (все же стоимость дешевле), но по факту, получать скажем готовую детать с одного станка с одним оператором - это сильно.

Здесь токарная и фрезерная 4-х осевая, ничего сложного, кроме расточки, а при грамотной наладке погрешность будет минимальной. Этот станок экономит время на переустановку и наладку. Cудя по стоимости, лучше купить два станка чем этот один, но у каждого свои задачи.

Это уже давно настоящее. Даже в СНГ есть подобное оборудование. Мб не этого бренда, потому что больно модный, но тоже так красиво может. Я, например, был на часовом заводе, так у них в подвале стоит станок довольно большой -- с добрую комнату. Но он точит оськи для часов. Специализированнный для сверхмелкой токарки. В него просто пруты проволоки штабелем загружаешь, а вылетают уже полированные оси, винтики и прочее. Полный автомат. А так-то станки с ЧПУ еще в 80х были. Есть даже советские фильмы где-то прямо тут на ютубе, где можно увидеть такое оборудование.

If your machining complex high value components you might as well spend the extra money and get yourself a WFL Millturn much better machine admittedly more expensive but if your machining high value components like this the extra money should not be an issue
