These are hands down my favorite videos to watch. The cad to cam to cnc process is awesome. Keep it up… 👍
Really nice finish, and appreciate the walk though the CAM

Thanks for the feedback! I always wonder if anybody finds it useful…. I’m not a seasoned programmer!
Outstanding! I love to see these HSM type videos. Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing!

Glad you enjoyed the video!
Thank you for going though your CAM/CNC workflow in detail, enjoying your cnc videos a lot. Just in time as I am finishing a pm-25 cnc build, and your videos are giving me a lot more confidence.
This channel is such great timing as I have an RF30 I converted to CNC. Amazing. I appreciate the CAD/CAM videos! Thanks!

Glad you found it useful, Trevor!
I really like these detailed videos. Even though I use F360 for CAD its helpful to see the process. Using WEB to probe the stock is probably the way to go but you can use BOSS to get X&Y set in one probing operation.

Thanks Mark! That’s a good point 👍
Thanks for all the information you are sharing! It is perfect for me. I'm getting ready to buy a pm-30 mill and do the cnc conversion with centroid acorn. Not sure what I'm going to make , but hopefully once I learn how to use it I will be able to make some money with it eventually.

Doesn't F360 regenerate the toolpaths as well? 🤔 I like your content 👌🏻

Yes it does. The CAM I’m using here is pretty much identical to Fusion CAM and both create toolpaths - I just prefer using solidworks for design and it’s more convenient to use integrated cam than it is to export a step file and then use fusion cam
have you tried facing after the engraving to knock down the burrs?

Hi Agbhar - yes, and it works well, but the finished parts have a brushed finish on the belt sander, so the burrs get knocked off then. You can see the brushed finish on instagram if you're interested @adamd_cnc. Cheers! - Adam
