Only people who are not familiar with the family dynamic are taken aback by how they interact. Give them all some grace… they’re publicly grieving. Grief is hard, and any cracks are going to show. I just saw a real family and a lot of love there.

Wynonna, I met you at the metro movie theater in Nashville one evening before the movie started. You were standing at the sink washing your hand with you head down. You had a hat on with rhinestones on it and I could tell you didn’t want to be bothered. So we stood side by side washing our hands but as you finished you raised your head and our eyes met and smiled at each other. It’s hard to believe that that meeting meant a lot to me but it did. A few years later I was backstage at a show and this time you were kind to me and we had a photo taken together. It has always been one of my favorite photos.

It was a beautiful and emotional tribute. Even with all her grief, Wynonna was still Wynonna. She had us crying and laughing, taking us with her through the emotions. Very grateful to have seen The Judds in concert after they exploded in the 80’s, met Naomi, and hope to support Wynonna in her upcoming tour. What a lovely lady Naomi was. A million dollar smile. It’s all so sad. My heart is with the Judds.

I appreciate how even the "dysfunction" (as Wynonna calls it) is brought out and addressed as part of the whole family experience. That honesty endears us even more to The Judd Family.

Naomi was a beautiful lady with a beautiful smile. I always enjoyed her singing with Wynonna, dancing around smiling and waving at the fans. She loved the fans and also loved fur babies. What a special lady Heaven gained. I can tell how much she was loved by Larry, Ashley and Wynonna. I am so sorry for thier loss. God knows that I know how they are hurting and how they are feeling because I lost a loved one in the same way they lost Naomi. It's hard for some people to understand unless you have been there. They are in my thoughts and prayers 🙏 God Bless them and give them comfort 🙏

My mother abused me from day one. State took me when i was 11. 35 years later I took care of her for the last year of her life. My siblings wanted to put her in a nursing home. I did hospice for her without the help of my 7 siblings. All older. She died in my arms. The first time she ever told me she loved me were her last words. I still have no relationship with my siblings. I did the right thing for me.

I sincerely hope that your siblings may come to understand & accept the very awareness that they, too, may repeat the sad cycle from their own lack of compassion. Whether if it was over greed or other reasons, it won't matter to our Lord. Grudges don't exist nor are they accepted in His eyes. It's every person's responsibility to forgive one another before we are forgiven, ourselves. God bless you, dear Rosemary. Your loyalty and honor to your Mother is graced by the power of our Lord Jesus. I truly believe that He is watching over you. Please remain humble and strong willed. You are blessed! Prayers and hugs to you. 🙏

I know you won't see this-Judd/Strickland family, but I am still so devastated. I watch as many videos as I find every day. I can't think of any of you without crying. I have loved all of you from day one. I suffer from depression and, rarely, leave my home for fear of seeing someone. My family is so dysfunctional and my failures are many. I raised 5 beautiful children alone that I cherish as I do their 12 children. I have done all the suggested "feel betters"-no luck. I cannot imagine going through this existence much longer. I relate to Miss Naomi's struggles and how tired she must have been, off and on, throughout her battles. I wish, so much, that my message would reach you. I understand her desperation. I sympathize with you and the rest of us that loved her. She didn't leave you, she left those evil demons that spoke louder than you ever could. RIP Miss Naomi. All of my sincerest ❤ to those trying to understand and make sense of the tragedy of the way she left this earth. You are all loved and my broken heart does not compare to yours, but I feel a part of me died with her.

I have been a Judd's fan my entire life. I am 38 years old. When I was 2 hours old it was my grandfather's turn to hold me and he brought in a handheld tape recorder and played me their music. I was crying and fussy and when he put on the Judds I instantly stopped crying and my grandfather just held me and rocked me as he hummed to the Judds. The Judds are my all-time favorite country duo of all time. They are my security blanket and my safe place. I have never gone one day without listening to them.

When you had sung it the other day with the church choir, it hit me in my heart my mother passed away 1999 she passed of cancer and all them feelings came flooding back. She loved you both so much. Oh I when your mom met my mom .... Woooweeee!!! I know that pain... I know that emptiness... Days/weeks turned into months still visited her grave... I can't now she was buried in Tennessee. its so funny how family's are. In my family my mother also struggled with mental health issues. As a result we moved a lot, had a lot of ups and downs and had a lot of interesting stories to tell. And like with Wynonna and Ashley, my siblings and I all had different recollections of the same memory. One of us would see it with the glass half full and the other half empty. But in the end, we are family and we if not "like" each other, we most certainly love and care about each other.

I read of a man who stood to speak At the funeral of a friend He referred to the dates on the tombstone From the beginning...to the end He noted that first came the date of birth And spoke the following date with tears, But he said what mattered most of all Was the dash between those years For that dash represents all the time That they spent alive on earth. And now only those who loved them Know what that little line is worth For it matters not, how much we own, The cars...the house...the cash. What matters is how we live and love And how we spend our dash. So, think about this long and hard. Are there things you'd like to change? For you never know how much time is left That can still be rearranged. If we could just slow down enough To consider what's true and real And always try to understand The way other people feel. And be less quick to anger And show appreciation more And love the people in our lives Like we've never loved before. If we treat each other with respect And more often wear a smile, Remembering this special dash Might only last a little while So, when your eulogy is being read With your life's actions to rehash... Would you be proud of the things they say About how you spent YOUR dash? Naomi, Your dash was the best. Fly high, Mama Judd!

I agree, but I heard recently that Oprah didn't leave her house for 2 years when Covid was bad. So, I seriously doubt she was going there with all those people.

I feel so sorry for their entire family. Wynonna needs to be more respectful to other family members who are also grieving just as much as her. It's so hard to see how she bullies her little sister and really comes across like a narcissist. May Naomi RIP

I think Ashley is aware of Wynonna's tough smart aleck personality and they all have been to counseling to improve the family dynamics. Both women are grieving and dealing with this in front of millions of people. But Wynonna's personality also allows her to get on stage and perform and connect with the audience at her mom's memorial.

I think Wynona is keeping it real. Ashley is trying to be too good and show only the good side of their mom. While Wynona is like naw...let's tell the good and bad. If they weren't a celebrity family it would fly on Ashley's part, but their family dynamic and relationship has been shown on Oprah and all of TV to see. Plus, Wynona is trying to lighten the mood to cope as you can tell she is not comfortable with being emotional like this.
