Is there any updated version of this video? Also is there a similar video of Asset Management? if its its a must to have for us ServiceNow Team :)
I think it was a bit confusing the part where ‘Foundational Data’ is explained as not stored in the CMDB, when the previous slide would indicate the opposite (only the grey color would say otherwise). It could have been clearer or explained on the first slide… Otherwise, amazing presentation!
