One of my favorite games of all time. My whole family had gone to sleep and I was just watching us get our ass kicked. Out of nowhere the comeback is on and I wake everyone up. Unbelievable

the 2017-2018 rockets were closer to getting a ring but this team was still great....the last real sign of Josh Smith's greatness

I had stopped watching the series once I saw clips were up 3-1 but then i saw there was a game 7 i saw this game and couldn't believe the rockets won the series coming back from a 3-1 deficit

in 2015 I didn't watch NBA , but my cousin showed me a video on youtube of NBA teams , i saw the rockets and liked them , when i sat down to watch them in game 4 they were losing 3-1 , but i never lost faith , that's how i fell in love with this team

Kevin Mchale was a hell of a coach they really did him wrong I miss his play style he had with the team...nothing like hard old school basketball

I do think he wasn't given a fair chance early in the season but in all honesty he lost the team. And the rockets didn't really have a system besides give the ball to harden and let him create something which you could really see in the GSW series after this one.

This team was the best assemble team during the Harden era in Houston.

I'm the biggest Rocket fan man I swear I love my team . Love all the way from Jersey !!!

If Pat Bev wasn't injured we might have had a chance to compete with the Warriors.

what a game, what a win, Iove watch team work games, however after this, worriors became a nightmare for rockets.

Pablo Prigioni Josh Smith Terrence Jones Corey Brewer all contributed game changing hustle & heart during that whole series. Of course the stars were there scoring but the hustle-n-heart were the spark

I don't want to bag on Harden, but the guys who made this happen were not him nor Dwight, it was the guys who made the hustle plays in Brewer, Josh & Ariza + in Game 7 you can add Prigioni. Harden just doesn't have that mentality of doing the little things to win on defense.

@Dustin Wilson 2015WCF game 5: 13 turnovers (All time single game record by a player) 2017WCSF game 6: 2 FGA at the half during facing elimination And more bad games when the team was in trouble (can't mention them all( I think he had improved in recent 2 years to become the man however his mentality is still not enough to bring the team to another step. ((That's why Russ seems so important to save his ass at those moments... The passion would really huge to infect the team with great energy even they are facing tough time))

Mr Beans he was a no show in game 6 what are you talking about. He sat the bench the whole 4th quarter comeback. Yeah he was decent in game 7 but he still only had fgs in the 1st and 4th qt. Dude has proven time and time again he’s selfish.. Smith Howard and brewer carried him in this series🤷🏻‍♂️

That squad was so special. They won game 6 without harden since they benched his ass playing terrible. And a squad without Patrick Beverly nor Domatas Montejunas were able to beat prime Chris Paul, Blake Griffin, and Deandre Jordan. I feel like if everyone was healthy that year they probably could’ve won it. And to see how young and underdeveloped Clint Capela was shocks me to think what they could’ve done with him even better off the bench for Dwight. Houston should have never gotten rid of Josh Smith or Trevor Ariza those were the BOYS!! Hopefully we can get this close in the next few years I want another damn chip back to the H man!!!
