My mum left me and my brother at home when we were slightly older, I think 10-12yro, to go out clubing. I would have to cook for my younger brother growing up. While she went out drinking and XYZ. My only positive female role model was my life was my grandmother growing up.

Society is purposely persuading women to choose the wrong guy to ruin themselves for the good one later. Society doesn't wanna help you females. They want to further destroy y'all because of the power of two responsible, respectful, happy, and intelligent people to be as one. It wouldn't work if women stopped listening to media but women are the easiest to manipulate which is why they are also so good at it. They deal with manipulation from the opposite sex sometimes as young as 12-13 depending on how fast they developed. So it's just important to keep a family as one with honest love and respect to stop the cycle. Because once you take the father out the picture it's all going to go to crap, Idc how hard a woman works or thinks she's working a father is needed.

Can I use this story whenever someone tries to debate me that clubbing isn’t that bad or when a gyal says she’ll stop when she’s a mother? I’m honestly terrified of ending up with a girl that does this. Family is one if the only things that truly matters and yours out fun before you, I’m so sorry.

If youre in a relationship you dont need to be going out 24/7 PERIOD. If you need that excitement in your life, you're with the wrong person.

As has been said elsewhere: Why else are you going to a club? You can dance with your friends, drink, listen to loud music, etc. at home. And I don't get the lady "making business connections". How do you network for business connections in a place where you can barely hear each other talk? What I missing?

agreed i use to cheat on my ex all the time & i use to stay at the clubs in downtown fort worth texas. i think both parties should have freedom & trust but the stuff i was on was not okay or respectful to my relationship at all.

lets make a long story short Relationships are not for Everyone.

Now I'm older and having experienced hook ups and some dating. I noticed I would not want to date a party girl for the main reason its a activity that is not fruitfull at all. Also the party girls I experienced at least, 25+ were all sluts or had an extreme promiscious history. I tell guys to avoid them at all costs, the best girls I experienced were no party girls, I simply did not feel attracted enough and I used to be a party guy myself. Changed for the better, evolving reading, studying, exercise and doing beneficial activities with friends.

Only had my ex husband was married to him for 17 years. The night of our marriage he shocked me by saying he is going to celebrate our marriage with his friends in the club. I didnt want to argue cause it was our wedding night but then he went out that Thursday and Friday night and we ended up arguing the Saturday first week of our marriage. I begged for years for him to stop leaving me and the kids Thurs, Friday and Sat nights and sending Sundays sleeping the whole day before the week starts. We had kids he missed out on them growing up and spending time with his family on weekends. I had to get used to it because he was abusive telling me Im mentally ill trying to change him. His family told me that he can go out every weekend but I should be happy he comes home but I had to be the good religious wife but when a friend invited me out and I decided to go as he was going every weekend and didnt say it was a big deal. The night I went home he put me on the street. That thought me so much because he blamed me saying I was going to look for men and it was what he was doing all these years. I was loyal all the years and everyone has limits so today happily divorced and living in peace. I should have realised that man didnt love or respect me from the night we got married. Mature real men dont leave a loyal woman and his kids at home to get attention from women that will just boost their ego for one evening when their family is waiting to spend time with them at home. Women love yourselves dont put up with it. I wasted many years on a ungrateful man. Find happiness peace and love within that is priceless

What the actual hell goes on in these “clubs” y’all talking about tho? I’ve been married 20 years and I go out to restaurants, bars etc with my friends sometimes. My husband also goes out with his own friends sometimes or with me and my friends. That is healthy in a relationship. Otherwise you wake up one day and wonder who you are and where your former self went. I agree with a lot of what the hosts say usually but this particular one is really overboard.

A club doesn’t have to be a den of iniquity. And you don’t have to give up all your life when you’re in a relationship or marriage. I’m imagining how difficult it would be for people who think like this during a Caribbean carnival! We’re (men and women) out to all and going everywhere with our friends. As I said I usually agree with a lot of what you say but this one is quite out there. We need to leave room for couples to have clean fun separately as well. Cheers.

Night Clubs are single environments. They are filled with intoxicated people, and men trying to hit on women. People go there to hook up. It's the one place where socially it's encouraged and expected for men to hit on women, or for people to go with the aim of hooking up. The demographic tends to be single people, overwhelmingly in their younger years (20s-30s, most people swear off clubbing into their 30s). Socially mingling with groups is encouraged. Meaning a bunch of single men meet a bunch of single women and the night takes off from there. Contrast that to restaurants. It's completely mixed age groups. You'll find anything from kids to pensioners at the same restaurant. It's also anything from colleagues, to friends, to couples and families. People stick to their own social groups, since it's about having a good meal/a few drinks and interacting with whoever you went with. People don't go there to hook up or look to start hitting on others. They both might be places people go to enjoy a night out, but they are completely different social environments with completely different aims and social rules and norms. Restaurants aren't sexual environments. Clubs are. One seems healthy to do, the other seems completely toxic to do in a relationship. Why hang around a sexually charged environment while in a relationship? While someone might go to a club and just have some harmless fun, it doesn't change it's not really an appropriate place to hang around while in a relationship. If someone can't give it up while being in a relationship, it's their issue, they shouldn't expect a partner to be okay with them hanging around in seedy environments. Some things are completely fine to do single, yet toxic to do in a relationship for most people. While your 30 year marriage partner is okay with it, most men are not okay with it, nor should they be.

The amount of people saying clubs is a place for hooking up is terrifying… first of all not only men want to go clubbing go hook up but in general single persons BOTH MEN AND WOMEN, that are SEX DEPRIVED OR SEX ADDICTED! Period and 2nd of all NOT EVERY SINGLE PERSON WOULD WANT TOO HOOK UP IN A CLUB, it has to do with educational level of a person.. at the end of the day like I can not imagine that someone is normal from 9 am to 9 pm and suddenly becomes perverse from 10 pm to 6 am… freedom reveals who you TRULY are and that’s a rule of nature no one seems to accept … I AM 29 years old AND IVE BEEN GOING TO DISCO WITH MY GIRLFRIENDS TO DANCE and have a fun careless memory from our young years ALTHOUGH I HAVE BEEN SINGLE I HAVE ONLY KISSED A GUY IN A CLUB ONLY ONE TIME IN MY LIFE, I HAVE NOT MADE OUT WITH ANY IN A CLUB, WHY? BECAUSE I DIDNT FEEL LIKE THAT, ITS NOT WHAT I GO OUT FOR NOT MY STYLE MOT WHAT I ATTRACT WITH MY VIBE! if I wanted to find a partner I would go to some other place like a library or a coffee! Why haven’t I had this party at home and instead in a normal 80s club all this “single” time - cause the experience is different!!!! Sure Not because I wanted to make out with guys, we live in 2024 if you want to do sth you do it if not no one suppresses you.. I also Never in my life consumed more than 1 drink while clubbing … that’s not because I had a boyfriend at the time but because that’s who I am raised to be!
