Club Penguin Ice Fishing (with Flashing Lure Fishing Rod) Gameplay

Ice Fishing is a Mini-Game on the Club Penguin Island that was first released on March 10, 2006 in the Ski Lodge. The game focuses on the player to go fishing right outside the Ski Lodge and can be played by going by the wooden door with the fish Fluffy above it. The Penguin goes fishing through a hole in the ice and is able to pick up Fluffy the Fish and for members who own the Flashing Lure Fishing Rod you can capture Grey Fish, but they are harder to catch. The maximum amount of yellow fish a player can capture in a game is 64. Their are hazards however in Ice Fishing which include Crabs, Jellyfish and Sharks that will cut, shock and eat your fishing line. Fortunately you are able to get more cans of worms that can be found in the gameplay. If you are able to reach the end of the game you can catch the Mullet with a Yellow Fish and you will be awarded an additional 100 coins to your final score. On February 29, 2008 the game was updated to allow you to use the Flashing Fishing Rod so you can capture grey fish for more coins in the game. Stamps for the game were also put into the game back on April 25, 2011 with a new title screen added. Ice Fishing is another Club Penguin mini-game that was released on the Club Penguin App on May 9, 2013. The Game also has its very own theme song and is a remix of Jeremy Sherman's Paris St. Germain.

Yep! It took me some time to figure that out but once I did, I was like “oooohh, makes sense.”
I remember losing a worm on purpose every time a shark came because the sound it made was so funny

This game was like one of very few things I ever did when visiting Club Penguin, because it was easy enough to understand despite the language barrier. Don't remember the big fish tho, guess I never figured that one out.

Yeah it appears after you hit a certain threshold of fish caught.
I love how the little pond behind the ski lodge somehow has sharks in it.

This was always my favourite mini game to play. And everyday I always used to try to get the big fish and kept messing up 😂

I never saw those grey fish before, I would always catch the yellow ones.

Heyyy this person played just like me! Like they get all the fish they see really quickly if there’s like 4 on the screen u have to get them all that’s what I do. Also did the music change like for some bit I didn’t see how old this video was so maybe it was different back then but yeah Nvm 2017
