It's sort of exciting to know players might not be far off from breaking the 2k barrier but at the same time I really wish it was literally any other skillset at this point, the constant exposure to high pp speed plays has definitely become a little stale to me regardless of how impressive they are. It's almost the same feeling as when Freedomdiver got the first 900 with TS.

I know 2000pp is cool and all but i just dont think speed right now is balanced at all. Aim skills are so under-rewarded. With all the wooting shenanigans, 300BPM streams is now something every other top speed player can do. Coincidence? I hope not.

its not the speed thats the issue its the flow aim combined with the speed, the pp values are essentially multiplied together

@@TurboZarya Yeah its basically compounding on compounding. DT is already more pp than NM, then you add on flow aim, that bpm, and sprinkle some "spaced" streams, and you get a 2k pp play.

@@xd3athclawx554 I don't think that dt is overweighted, more than nm is underweighted. With DT you can get >ar10 which is huge for >300 bpm note density, and >od10 which adds a ton of potential pp. I think more than anything else NM needs higher difficulty settings. Hopefully laser will fix this.
