"Have a beer and enjoy the view of the traffic jam"- classic! It's what I used to do with my husband on the terrace of Manneken Pis in Seminyak. That restaurant is gone now (they had legendary jazz concerts). I think it's a pizza place now, it's next to Made's Warung and they have a huge ice cream cone outside.
