This is the hardest clock I've ever had in my life to set.

My god. I have watched two videos, I have read the instructions, watched the videos again. I can't figure it out. This has to be one of the least user friendly clocks I have ever had!

You guys, they have written instructions on the website. This video is pretty darn fast paced for something this complicated. I’d read those instructions and then watch this video to help. When I get this clock I’ll try to create a video that is much slower and gives more explanation. You just have to promise to be nice because video making is definitely not my forte. You can also email the company. Perhaps they will call and walk you through the set up over the phone.

This has got to be the most complicated clock to set up

I was able to set the clock up with minimal struggle and I really like the aesthetic of it but my biggest complaint is with the fact that there is no night mode to dim the clock face, I’ll turn my lights off and the clock practically doubles as a lamp

Yes there is. Press and hold the up button. Them use the down button to adjust from L1 L2 L3 or Lo...hope this helps

Why does it only show military time?

Does this show the temperature of the room where the clock is kept or the outdoor temperature. Pretty please say it’s the indoor temperature 😍

I agree with another reviewer. Read directions, watched video, and can't set this clock. It's ridiculous and I'm placing it in the garbage.

How do you turn it off when the alarm is going off? How do you set the 3 different alarms?

To turn it off, you click any button. For the 3 alarm settings, you go through the set function. After setting the time it goes to the first alarm and you get all 0 you set that goes to the next "screen" it flashes the all 0'd again that's the second and the third right after.

I love my little alarm clock. It’s loud yet tiny and cute. The only not cute thing is the loud beeping when I turn the alarms on or off. Is there a way to turn off the darn beeping noise every time I press a button?

I finally figured out how to set the temperature, time and turn off all 3-4 alarms but the screen either turns completely off (DP2) or flashes between temp/clock/alarm. Is there any way to just display the time? Also, it's SO easy to accidentally hit reset and wipe the memory.

Dp 2 will only display the time.

Yup if you keep it set at 12 there is no alarm

Hold the set button down for 3 seconds. You can toggle through each setting by pressing the set button and using the up and down buttons. 😊

What Mandy stated above and stop when you see 24H then use the down/up button to select 12H. When setting the time, you will noticed a dot in the upper left corner, I take this as pm. When setting your alarm make sure it matches, with the dot or without.

i keep trying to turn off the sound but of the beeps everytime i touch a button but it wont shut up

I have it set to sound off, yet it still beeps incessantly when I set things on it.... what is the point of the sound off?

I finally figured it out, sound on will make the display turn off after a few seconds. When you tap on it or make sounds it will turn on the display. So sound on = enable sound detection to activate the display. Sound off = disable sound detection and keep the display on.

In setting change your hrs from 24H to 12H.

Is there an AM or PM setting? Usually the dot is AM. Is that the case with this clock?

the dot, especially with alarms means pm

What means L3

They dont answer any questions

Glad I’m not a complete idiot . Based on these comments we aren’t the problem the clock is . Spent half an hour trying to set up this piece of shit ! 😂. 30 minutes of my life ill never get back

This is the most frustrating instructions I've ever had to do with. By the way the video was horrible and that you guys went way too fast. 4:00 this insanely frustrating you should do step by step instructions.

It may help to write down the steps if the video is too fast paced to keep up with. There are also very simple instructions on their website.

Worst clock I’ve ever owned. Ridiculous to set it. Don’t buy one unless you like to be frustrated.
