Been in swift since the beginning and the best thing about the 3 is the instep. Even fully tied the old swifts felt like I could fall out of the shoe. Now it feels like a second skin

@@mercury3 yes. Good for long runs. Love them. The squeak when walking tho.

What about the size should i run one size up like cloudswift or cloudswift 3 is true to size

Cloud swift 3 is a compression like fit all the way on top. So your foot is locked in better for running. The AD in swift 3 ad stands for All Day so it’s still a runner but also more of a casual shoe. From past reverence the ankle support on the old swifts felt loose.

The 3 AD is the worst shoe ever on my foot. That strap presses into my foot, even with loosened strings. First ON shoes I ever bought. Going back to Brooks.

They look fancy. But honestly the quality is not great. The bottom of the shoe come off after a few months. I think they marketed nicely but the quality is not keeping up.

@@kenchi7686what are you doing in your shoes? I’ve run in ons for 10 years and never had this happen.
