So I did the whole factory data reset and then this thing pops up and says can’t load android system. Your data may be corrupt. If you continue to get this message, you may need to perform a factory data reset and erase all user data stored on this device. Then it says try again or factory data reset. I’ve tried both options and it still doesn’t work. When I click the factory data reset button it looks like it looks a bit to reset it and then the screen changes automatically to your main logo and it’s been doing this since I tried it after the first time.

Hold power and both volume up and down all together. That'll restart it so you can restart the process of a hard reset.

I’m having trouble because my phone says :” Red State your device has failed verification and may not work properly” and I’ve been doing this to put it into “Fastboot” and then re-starting it again, but nothing and I do not know what to do. Can you help me please? Thank you beforehand 🥺

Okay. So, first the phone should be completely off. Then press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the screen comes up. Then, release the power and volume up button at the same time. Next, use the volume up button to select the option for Recovery. Press the volume down button to select and enter in that option. When the green android comes up that's laying down. Press the power button and the volume up button at the same time. Release the volume up button quickly. Then the power button quickly. Like a second or two after releasing the volume up button first. Then you'll be at a new menu with several different options. Select Factory Reset by pressing the volume down button. Hit the power button to enter into factory reset. The screen will turn black and then you will see on the bottom factory resetting, etc. The phone will restart and it will be wiped clean and factory reset. Any questions lmk We'll get your phone there. Thanks! 😃

Hey, i have a stratus c5 and it inky responds when i put in on that same boot menu, but whenever i press the volume down buttton for whatever options is available the phone just goes black again :( im literally stuck on that menu, and the phone wont reset or anything at all :(

You have to press the power button and the volume up button at the same time then release the volume up button and a couple of seconds later release the power button. If you're stuck try holding the power button for at least 1 or 2 minutes till you see it power off. That will reset it as well so you can try again.

Could be several things. Might be due to a software issue, hardware malfunction, or a low battery. Try restarting the phone like below. Hold down your phone's power button for 12 seconds. This usually cycles the restart of the phone. Check that your charger works, too. Try it with another device and check that the cable is securely connected to the phone. If that does not solve the problem... Do a hard factory data reset. (Like in the video) Plug in the device. Press and hold power until it powers off (screen goes black). Quickly, before the Cloud Mobile screen comes on.. hold and press power and volume down(like in the video) until you reach that menu with the 3 different options. Go to Recovery with volume up then select it by pressing volume down. Hold the power button and volume up button and quickly release the volume up button followed by the power button. Select factory data reset with the volume buttons and enter with the power button. That will do the hard factory data reset. Then select Power Off to power off the device. Do not try and start it up or turn it on. Charge it for at least an hour or two without trying to turn it on. After two hours of charging (with no more of that flashing) try and turn it on to see if it works. If it's not fixed, let me know and we'll try something else! Thanks!!! 😀

Yes, it will also erase all data on the phone. After a factory reset there will be a frp lock it's also called a Google lock. I have another video on how to bypass the Google lock. If you have any questions lmk and I'll try and help. Remember, the factory reset erases everything the phone leaving it with a Google lock/frp lock. If you cannot bypass the frp lock/Google lock on your phone you cannot get passed the message asking for Gmail and password of your original account on the phone. I forget my passwords all the time. Lol

Volume up to select the top row that says Recovery. Volume down to enter into Recovery. Then when you're on the screen where the Android is laying down press power and volume up at the same time with a quick release of volume up followed by releasing the power button quickly too. Then use the volume keys to select Factory data Reset and the power button to enter. Then choose reboot or power off. Any other questions, just ask! Thanks!

@@tomasagpando7773 I'm not sure. Make sure to wait with the last button combination until the "dead android" is on the screen. Wait a little while then press the volume up and power button at the same time then immediately release the volume up. Then release the power button. The last screen should appear.

After the little robot android no command thing will not go to the next phase. I have tried it several times and it does the same thing goes right back to the original page that is locked

Press together the Power Button + Volume Up, immediately release the Volume Up, then release the Power Button. Factory reset screen will appear. Choose Factory reset with volume down and press power button to enter.

You want to press the power button and at the same time press volume up and then quick release the volume up.

Ii can't get mine to the second menu after I select recovery it just loads the cloud mobile screen then goes black then back to the cloud mobile loading screen over and over

It means the factory reset has been completed. Select reboot or power down with the volume down button and enter in the choice with the power button. Congratulations! Your phone was successfully factory reset! 😀🎉

Power off the phone. Press and hold power and volume up. The volume up to select recovery and volume down to enter. Next screen press volume up and Power at the same time and quickly release the volume up then power button. Select factory reset with the volume buttons and enter with the power button. Reboot and it's factory reset!

Mine is stuck in a boot loop animation and when I go to select recovery mode nothing happens

@@marissafrpbypass i think it was put there by truconnect themselves because they kept mentioning that i terminated the service and wouldn't directly admit to uploading the boot loop, but before that there was a security update

Press the power button AND the volume up button together then release the volume up button then two seconds after release the power button.

Took me only 50 try’s to get to factory reset its not as easy as it seems 😩😮‍💨

Intente repetir los pasos para restablecer los valores de fábrica. Haga que el teléfono se apague por completo y luego haga las combinaciones de botones en el video como se muestra. Un restablecimiento de fábrica debería arreglar eso. Si está atascado y necesita omitir la cuenta de Google y no conoce la contraseña. Mire mi video titulado FRP Bypass/Google Bypass Cloud Mobile. 😊

On the screen where the android is laying down...press the power button and the volume up button together at the same time and then release the volume up button after 1 second. Then release the power button 2-3 seconds after releasing the volume up. That will bring you to the screen to select the factory reset option.

The only way for it to load the power up screen before the recovery menu is by holding the power button for over a minute. When you're in the no command screen, the only way out is power plus volume up with quick release of volume up and then power or by holding power for over a minute. Press and release the two buttons faster.

Do you mean glued shut or a locked sim card? If it's glued shut try acetone on a cotton ball. Use very little and wipe carefully then try to open. If it's sim locked try and call the phone company and either request an unlocking code or a new sim.

My phone won't turn off. It just shows the Cloud mobile screen. What should I do?

Hold down the power button until it cycles through. If holding the power button down alone doesnt work press and hold the volume up, volume down and power button. Hold the power button down for at least 60 seconds or until it powers down.

Power off the phone. Press both power and volume up. Hold power and volume up until the screen comes up then release both buttons. When the next screen comes up with the "no command" press volume up and the power button together and quickly release the volume up button.
