i agree that NFV and SDN should not be in the title . Cloud computing was explained well , and the above video should be titled appropriately. I am hoping that if they can post another video only on NFV and SDN with same level of details as in the above video, it will be very well received.

Never heard of "Telco Node" vs a "Regular Node" and I've been in telecom since it was mostly analog (40 years) and it does not take 2 years to get a "Telco Node" going. If that were true what you just got running would already be obsolete. No NFV and no SDN anywhere.

Jeff I agree with the presenter and not with you. I don t know about your experience but I worked at a Telco company since 1982, both at technology and at planning. 2 years was a usual planning cycle since a demand study was completed, nodes were planning, dimensioned done and a bit for providers running, and then the implementation, testing and accepting phase (six months). Of course this time could be least if you only need to build only a new rack or only some electronics card, but the general idea is that at the 80's and 90´s updating nodes demand a lot of time. The problem worsen at 2000 special with cellular nodes (needs to be completed in shorted times), and finally at 2012 SDN was created to allow changes on the run......

isnt VPN SASA?

You should remove NFV and SDN from your video title. It is misleading as there is no such information covered in this video

After 15 minutes watching a intro a started fast forwarding in the hope to see something about NFV or SDN. Nothing there :(
