If someone looks at your ideas and they reasearch your clothing brands name , and notice your not trademarked they can just apply for trademark and steal your idea lol . I would suggest trademarking if you really believe in your product . It would be a shame to put all this work into something to just have the the rug get pulled from under your feet . Just my opinion :)

If you are just getting started and are sending your design ideas to get an estimate from manufacturers, do people usually have manufacturers sign a contract before sharing their designs? to prevent stealing or selling ideas, etc? Or do you just trust them. What should I do?

We just trust them. But it’s not a bad idea get them to sign a contract. Generally, you’ll have proof in your emails and exchanges with them that they’re your designs and that you are hiring them B2B to manufacture your products for you.

Uh, what if somebody takes your idea and trademark it before you do? Your lost?

Is just listing clothing, footwear and headwear enough for class 25 or do I have to be more broader in that class?

Would you say do a trademark first or LLC?

If I don't trademark but the brand notices I have similarities, wouldn't that be a risk of me getting sued? Therefore, it's probably best to get it trademarked first?

You don't trademark the designs you trademark the name of the company, you copyright the designs.

I have tried multiple times to sign up for your master class, but have not received the confirmation email.

this is bad advice, which will lead people like the poster to copy your brand and IDEAS, you don't need inventory you can make deals with printing and embroidery business and make as the orders come in, it might cost more but your just starting out, always protect your brand this whole business is more cut throat than the drug business, THEY'll steal your IDEAs in a second. He's deliberately giving bad advice to steal your shit!
