by soaking - soak the pads in regular or cold water for upto 8 hours - all blood will come out. and then wash like regular clothes and dry.

Awesome....thanks for sharing this perspective....the idea of bleeding freely does seem more natural, and hence comfortable, to me. I guess each body has a different perspective. But I definitely found this useful. How many cloth pads does one need to get through a typical 5 day cycle with 2 days of heavy flow?

8-12 pads.. depends on which pad you are using as well, some absorb more than others..

Great job... menstrul cup and cloth pads are good combination I'm using rustic cup and artava pads works great.

Love how you're so open with your personal experience, i thought i was the only human dealing with infections before my period but i guess that's normal. I just bought my first cup but have been using clothes beforehand. Giving the cup a try and will rotate because clothe pads leaks through.

I use cloth pads as a back up to a menstrual cup and I've never had an issue with rashes or irritation. The right fabric will wick well enough you won't feel wet.

can you pee with the cup inserted or have to take it out and then pee and then reinsert? And like when you take out the cup and spill the blood then we have sterlize again then use or just a simple wash and insert again?

Hi mam..happy for ur video...we do USE n THROW cloth pads....with cotton flannels....No Plastic No chemicals...with organic herbals to give dry feel...Can also try our cloth pads

If you are a teen between 12to15 I think if you are trying pads you should switch to clothes when you are at home because it's really so so so more comfortable than the pads the thing is just that you should buy a good quality cloth fold it 4 times that's it .

I don't know if they are real reviews, I have heard poor feedback for them. Stay away from all Chinese cups on Flipkart or Amazon. I'll highly recommend soch cup.

I'm not personally a big fan of the quality of pee safe, a lot of people have complained cup not opening or leaking, and this hold true for most cheap brands available.. soch cup or me Luna are better options. Mooncup is also good. Soch cup is the only Indian brand I know of, that has been tested for safety as well as quality

I have EcoFemme pads and Bumpadum which I purchased from Amazon. Get the large Bumpadum for night use. I have heard Shomota pads are also good.

@@anushkasawant7869 siliconnis an inert material and therefore it does not react to anything... A well made platinum coated medical grade silicon will have smooth surface so that nothing stays for long on it. So no chances of any medium causing infection in the long/short run.

no, cup does not cause urinary infection. cup is worn in vagina, urinary infection is in urethra. but you should not use cup if you have infection.

I don't support them. They only biodegradable in certain conditions and still take 2 years.. and most women will just wrap them and throw in the bin - and they won't biodegrade.. every women must compost her pads for them to disintegrate - and I doubt they will have so much space to compost 20-30 pads each month..
