That’s to keep the cap on and to cut the access cap off,

It’s an alternative to sewing the cap in place. Easy to just wash off instead of cutting the thread off all around your head.

We don’t lay our hair for it to blow in the wind… we spend too much money on hair and beauty for that. You know who are the best clients? Us, because we prepare for the weather, we don’t intend to get wet or our hair to be blown out Bc we buy accessories.
