I wonder if it was a difference with the "Academy Ratio" print used for this release. The 1987 VHS and the 2006-present home media releases use the Cinemascope print (the former doing pan-and-scan), so maybe the closing with lyrics was only used on the Cinemascope version?

That different choral arrangement of the "Peace on Earth" finale, I wonder if that was something exclusive to the 4:3 "Academy Ratio" print of the film made for non-widescreen theaters in 1955? @reynarodriguez9742
Жыл бұрын
@@arikatheprincessofhearts2043 Yes, I hate 'Lady and the Tramp 2' because it has clichés, just look at my list of reasonings I hate about it, if you don't like them, I understand but please be respectful: - The songs in the movie were horrible especially ‘Always There’ because I believed that Disney ripped that off of the song with the same name and meaning from ‘The Land before Time 5: The Mysterious Island’, which I recall was the first TLBT movie I saw ever since I was a kid, and I loved it’s version of ‘Always There’ better than this sequel’s version - I hated Scamp’s, Angel’s, and Tramp’s voices in this sequel…Scamp and Angel are puppies and I was expecting them to be voiced by kids-it would’ve been better if actors like Brandon LaCroix (speaking) and Thomas Dekker (singing ‘A World without Fences’) could’ve voiced Scamp and Anndi McAfee could’ve voiced Angel, I hate their original voices. And Larry Roberts, and even Justin Theroux, voiced Tramp waaaaaaaaay better than Jeff Bennett - Poor Lady, her daughters, Jock, and Trusty barely had any roles in this film..and Lady is one of my favorite Disney characters ever. At least I loved how Jodi Benson voiced her unlike Barbara Luddy who voiced her in the first movie, that Lady voice bothered me ever since.. - Tramp and Jim Dear were too harsh on poor Scamp. It wasn’t all his fault he wrecked up the house, it was the baby’s fault! How are those people and dogs too blind to see that they were just playing?! - I believed Scamp ran away from home because as I said, his family was too harsh, and their harshness angered and triggered him real bad so he needed fresh air and a brisk walk to cool himself down until he was ready enough to go back home. - How the heck did the creators make a 50-year-old (Buster) fall in love with a teenage girl (Angel)?! That is unacceptable! So, I still think on the contrary, maybe Buster’s relationship with Angel is like a father’s relationship with his daughter, which apparently wasn’t a good one. - Tramp kept his street dog days a secret from his own kids, and Scamp was torn and upset from what he had heard from Buster and the other junkyard dogs. Parents, you should NEVER hide secrets from your kids otherwise, they might not trust you anymore. Just look at this I have found online: psychcentral.com/blog/5-reasons-why-keeping-family-secrets-could-be-harmful#2 - There’s too much yelling in this film, especially during Tramp and Scamp’s argument at home and in that alley scene where poor Scamp was having a mental breakdown because he was being like a rope and Tramp and Buster were tugging on each end of the rope like a tug-o-war to see who will win Scamp first. I thought Scamp wanted to stay away from his father for a while until Tramp apologizes for being too hard on him, and keeping his street life before he met Lady a secret from him for years. - I love Angel, except when she yelled at Scamp after he left Tramp for Buster, who does she think she is? Scamp’s mother? She should’ve minded her own business especially because she doesn’t even know him! And that scene reminded me too much of how a very pissed and whiny Lady yelled at poor Tramp in the original film, I hated that scene so much, and I still do - I love how they’ve redone the spaghetti scene but all of that changed when Scamp and Angel began to eat like little beasts, and that’s when I thought….”Yeeeeeeah, I’d take it back. Tramp and Lady’s spaghetti dinner date was better..” - The dogcatcher in this sequel was CRAZY! Especially the way he captured Scamp And finally.. - Poor Scamp had to take a bath at the end of this film…I’ve always felt bad for him. So, yeah, those are my opinions of why I hated ‘Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp’s Adventure’ for SOOOOOOOOOOOOO long, please don’t hate me for that but that’s just my opinion on the movie honestly, and today, I’m still fighting to forget about that movie forever but it isn’t easy, you know? It’s so hard to forget a movie, especially a Disney one!

@@arikatheprincessofhearts2043 Thanks for respecting my opinion but who are jerks? Tramp or Scamp? Scamp is just a kid, and Tramp should've still been his happy-go-lucky self AND a loving but not-so-protective father especially to his son, Lady should've been the one to comfort Scamp ever since their bond at the end of the first film or at least Tramp would've made Scamp understand better by telling him about his experiences out on the streets, and Scamp would be surprised but not in a bad way as he was originally in the film that'll make himself understand better.

@@arikatheprincessofhearts2043 Good, because the sequel Tramp was indeed a jerk--lying to his own son and being harsh on him, causing him to run away! I love better his 1955 and 2019 characters because they also had hearts of gold without the coldness and hardness towards his own pups

@@arikatheprincessofhearts2043 To Buster he was, even though this video of Buster's past was sad, kzread.info/dash/bejne/fq2br7V9pJq_htI.html, but that doesn't mean all humans are bad, he just hated seeing his best friend leave him just because he fell in love with Lady and decided to live with her but maybe he also feared that his new owners would do the same thing that happened to him, and even Angel since she too also got kicked out by bad humans, but I wouldn't say Tramp was evil, he just wasn't the best father, after all, he admitted that he was too hard on Scamp when he, Lady, Trusty, and Jock couldn't find him at first, he felt terribly awful when he found out Scamp discovered the truth of his street life days he'd been hiding from him all along and then being harsh again on him forcing him to come home, when poor Scamp was mentally stressed out by everyone calling his name, and then in the end, after Tramp and Angel saved Scamp from the pound, I loved how both father and son apologized to each other, mainly Tramp, because he was harsh on him recently and promised to be a better father to him from now on--so for one, at least I was glad that the Tramp decided to change his ways, like how he used to be in the first film, so he can be happy and friendly and be a good father to Scamp at the same time

All the new magic music and fun of the lady and the tramp continues in Disney all new sequel the lady and the tramp 2 Scamp's adventure coming soon to own on video 2000
f course it was delayed to 2001, but unfortunately it turned out to be garbage when it finally came out on DVD and VHS at that time! It Sucks!

Well I wouldn't say it was complete garbage. Yes its not as hilarious as "Lion King 1 1/2", but its also not as insulting as say "Belle's Magical World" or "Mulan 2".

Too bad Disney couldn't find a baby boy to voice little Scamp, but I HATE his sequel! Scamp is a pup, so he should've been voiced by a kid, same with Angel. Now, before you judge me, please read my list of reasons why I hate 'Lady and the Tramp 2', and understand how it traumatized me as a kid and adult today and how it ruined my childhood and love for 'Lady and the Tramp': - The songs in the movie were horrible especially ‘Always There’ because I believed that Disney ripped that off of the song with the same name and meaning from ‘The Land before Time 5: The Mysterious Island’, which I recall was the first TLBT movie I saw ever since I was a kid, and I loved it’s version of ‘Always There’ better than this sequel’s version - I hated Scamp’s, Angel’s, and Tramp’s voices in this sequel…Scamp and Angel are puppies and I was expecting them to be voiced by kids-it would’ve been better if actors like Brandon LaCroix (speaking) and Thomas Dekker (singing ‘A World without Fences’) could’ve voiced Scamp and Anndi McAfee could’ve voiced Angel, I hate their original voices.
