@Demon Slayer Well it's mostly junk and papers, drawings, some toys i don't like from my childhood and stuff... I'm a huge minimalist. I still collect plushies and stuff, never gonna throw them away because they are too valuable to me, but all other toys are either going to our storage room or in the trash.

I've been decluttering my whole room/life for the past month cause I never really did in 22 years and I still had things of my childhood in my room. It was so bad that it affected my mental health. It was a mess. This video really came to the right time because I was about to give up. Thank you Hannah it really inspired me and gave me motivation to do the rest of my room. ♥️

i am 33 and i stiiiiill have some items from my childhood..but...lots of them are played by my son nowadays, so..that helped me not to feel guilty anymore)

I would totally recommend looking into Emily Ley and her books on simplifying life! She has planners and just books to help you declutter and relax your life! I think you can get books from her at Target. ❤️

Something that I think is an important mindset is the idea that your drawers/house is a container that doesn't have to be stuffed full. The goal isn't to fill it, it's to hold what you need/want. When/if it does get full you don't just get another container, you go through the one and reorganize/de clutter.

I love how Hannah is doing the right thing and getting her life together and then there’s me who is sitting on my bed and watching this. I love you so much girl!! I love how your videos are on Sundays cause it’s the best day of the week because you get to relax and not go to work! Could you consider doing a waking up at 5 am for a week? For organization, I'd recommend getting velvet hangers. The metal hooks create more space and less bulk, and provide more of a uniform, minimalist look than the plastic hangers, and they aren't super expensive.

I'd love more videos about rebuilding your wardrobe with more integrated pieces that mix and match well with each other. It's such a daunting process cause of how pricey it can be and how easy it is to get caught up in more trendy pieces when buying new items. I'm trying to revamp my wardrobe too and I'd love the inspo! I just cleaned my closet out and probably could have gotten rid of more but I'm so attached to some items and don't want to leave my closet completely empty.

once again I LOVED THIS. I found your channel because in January I wanted to clean my closet and I was searching videos for it and yours came up. Sorry, watching this is just too disjointed….editing stop starts instead of smooth speaking. Also, you explain and talk a lot about general thoughts…maybe keep a short script for yourself so you stay on track and not wander. Good activity, just too muck life talk.

I am also so attached to a lot of my clothes even though I don’t wear them. I haven’t cleaned out my closet since freshman year so going on 5 years. So I’m definitely gonna reflect spiritually and make more physical space for the new less cluttered chapter of my life. You’re clothes aren’t everything but they do reflect the present you.

Seeing you DEFINITELY put my desire to discovet myself and figure out how I want to live my life and present myself to the world, even through something as small as building a wardrobe and not just having a closet.

This was such a nice motivating video. I'm currently going through an existential crisis with my closet to where I just want to get rid of everything and start over even tho that's super daunting to think about doing. I've realized that now that I'm out of college what I like to wear is a lot different (I wore a lot of workout clothes, sweats, and going out clothes in college but none of that works for being an adult with a job). I also feel like my body has changed a bit due to the pandemic and getting older probably so what flatters my body and what I feel comfortable in is different than a few years ago. I have also realized that I tend to wear the same items over and over cause everything's so unorganized and a lot of what's in my closet are pieces I bought cause I thought were cute but didn't consider how they'd go with the rest of my closet. I feel like I have so many stand alone pieces instead of an integrated wardrobe which I'd prefer. I also want to purchase more basic pieces that I can mix and match and style tons of different ways rather than a lot of trendy pieces that I feel I have to get rid of every couple years when they begin to feel dated.
