See, thats the thing. LITERALLY the first thing you EVER see in the Star Wars universe is stormtroopers board a rebel ship and defeat the rebels. In Empire Strikes Back, you see the Empire virtually destroy the rebellion. The stormtroopers were, in fact, elite infantry of the most powerful empire the galaxy had ever seen. However, I agree that the Clones were AWESOME. Yeah, I support the Empire. I have my reasons.

The clones were a major success from the clone wars. The clone wars era has always been my favorite era simply because of how grand of a scale the war actually was. A galaxy wide war is absolutely amazing, and the clones made it even better. They were bred to be warriors, who were born and raised to fight and die for the republic. They all knew their lives would end, but their training prepared them for the inevitable. They lived to fight for this war, and they were made to lay their lives down for the republic. I just love how their not like any other droid, simply because they refuse to stand there in the midst of battle and get shot down. They all think outside the box, and make every bullet, and every second count in every battle until their lives are served out, and that’s when they give themselves up for the success of the republic.

Not in that way! The Republic was referred to as the old republic after the formation of the Galactic Empire. And I know the soldiers of the Republic during the old Sith wars and other skirmishes weren't clones. They were obviously conscripts as seen by the different soldiers and officers during those times were obviously not clones. I'm just referring to the Old Republic as in the Galactic Republic as a whole.

I love skillet and clone wars. This is a great combination. And... i first saw this video years ago when my english wasn't so good and i didn't understand the lyrics. Now that im good with the language and fresh after rewatching clone wars from season 1 to 7 i can't get over the fact how on point this video, and how well each scene combines with the lyrics. It's just so great

this was realy cool. the clone troopers were one of the few good things that came from the prequels. they are like bred to be heros. They are brave, and selfless, and they fight for what they believe is the greater good. even Slick, the "traitor" believed he was fighting fod the greater good, and he was kinda right.

I remember watching this all day when I was a small kid lol, this brings so many memories

I honestly beilive that all the clones who died valiantly during the clone war had the best death. They didn't have to live with the pain of betrayal and losing who they were

Ian Metcalfe I mainly watched clone wars for the clones, everybody thinks that the main character/hero/jedi wins the war and wants to be them, but its the troopers that do all the hard stuff and don't get the glory, that's why I love shows/games where you play the soldier and not the hero/jedi. mainbebeast the guys that live get promoted, the dead guys get replaced by new guys, the entire unit gets destroyed and only one clone remains, he gets promoted to Sergeant and transferred to another unit, and then the cycle keepss going

there needs to be second clone war's movie. (Which would be kind of poetic, considering the series started off with a Clone war's movie. first starting off with the Siege of Mandolor. something we never got to see. Rex, the clone's, and Konobi, heading Back to Mandolor. ridding it of Death Watch, and the other crime family's. it would be cool, to see him have flash backs in this battle. of when he first arrived on Geonosys, something else we never got to see. and the movie itself, showing Rex step down from command of the 501'st, after the death of Fives. how Rex met Gregor. how Gregor survived in the first place. them meeting up with Wolf. all this, before, during, and After, order 66. and it would be cool to see those three (and maybe Echo, cus he actually survived) meet up with Asoka. and we get to see That moment take place, through the eyes of the clones that took out their chips, and the Jedi, that never returned.

Clones- *killing entire armys and in order 66 killed many jedi masters* Stormtroopers- *can't even kill stupids rebels without a decent training*

Son Goku clones went through rigorous training, storm troopers went through the same type of training the us military had in ww2, that’s why they called it basic training plus, storm troopers aren’t so much soldiers as they are the face of the empire, police if you will, they used less powerful blasters and they weren’t bread for war, so their fear factors were normal unlike the clones that had their hormones controlled so they couldn’t feel fear or trauma as easy. Hope this didn’t piss you off, I just like talking about the troopers

Stormtroopers were the elite soldiers, they weren't the regular cannon fodder. Also, you only see them as bad due to plot armour. Obi Wan even said "These blast points... too accurate for Sand People. Only Imperial stormtroopers are so precise"

Clones would shred storm troopers

Thorn gotta be the biggest chad, fighting till the end and taking a whole lot of droids with him, real chad material there

this is so awesome i like all your vids

Thorn was the most badass clone Commander I mean many clones die within 1 shot Thorn however it took the droids 5 shots to kill him.
