What type of plastic is this kit? ABS, PP?

question, how tall are you? and also I know there armor kits range from heights 5'8 to over 6 foot so since I am 5'6 would the armor look too awkward? and if possible is there any way around this?

Don't take my word for it, but I think you would be fine. You probably just have to cut it down a bit I assume.

What size of foam did you use for you clone armour?

6mm is what I used, but 5 or 8 would also work if you find it in stores.

I could with this suit, but it's not a priority atm. I'd like to do it just to meet other Star Wars fans tho.
