@@fikrutadesse7659 Definitely more forgiving, more helping the poor, less love of wealth, more helping immigrants, and stop persecuting people that Jesus definitely did not say he wanted you persecuting. The only people he had a problem with were the wealthy who did not help the less fortunate - he made it clear over and over, but most so called Christians look to disfigured versions of the Torah to select the people they want to hate. That's a lot easier than following Jesus.

Fun Fact: The "Hell" scenes were shot on the decrepit, rusted hulk of the Essex class aircraft carrier U.S.S. Oriskany (CV-34). The ship was later sunk to make room for an artificial reef on May 17, 2006. The "Hell" scenes were shot at the Alameda Naval Air Station in an indoor swimming pool surrounded by blue screen so that the visual effects could be later added in. Extras spent two twelve-hour days in the water as ghouls.

The only thing about this movie I didn't like. To think that someone who suffers so much would be condemned for one action in one lifetime out of many lives our spirits go through. It doesn't sit well with me.

I felt like that because in the movie they say only suicides go to hell because they bring their pain from their life here on Earth with them in the afterlife. So to me, someone who suffers from mental disorders as she did(the wife) goes to hell, but all the murderers, and rapists and pedophiles walked with a clean slate? That's the reason I didn't like that part of the movie because I don't see why someone who has suffered so much in this life should suffer for eternity, but rapists and child molesters get off scott free

In What Dreams May Come, their idea of afterlife is that you create your own hell, because the afterlife is unbridled consciousness and emotion. So suicides get so wrapped up in their own depression, and bring it with them, and it never goes away.

Hibi Jibi it's not only suicides you know....all those different parts of hell are all different crimes....all of them people so wrapped up in their own little world (be it depression, sadism, etc) are there....they create their own world when they die...

Leigh-Ann H In this movie only suicide gets you to hell. Which is a little stupid considering all the actually bad things there are. They explain it in the movie as not having anything to do with being a bad person. But not knowing they are dead so they are tortured by what happened to their life.

MY FAVORITE MOVIE, SINCE I FIRST Watched it back then, watched the beautiful, heartwarming, roller coaster for one's spirit; again tonight 12pm, for the 30th time; since it came out, LOVED THE DEPICTION about the afterlife, HOWEVER, I disagree about SUICIDES AND HELL, ONCE ONE cross over, one creates one's ON HEAVEN, AS for suicides, SPIRITS OF SUICIDES, CROSS OVER TO HEAVEN, INTO HEAVEN'S ICU WARD for all souls to be HEALED !!! THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS HELL, hell is right here on earth, This was all made up by the founders of the church, etc..HELLO !!!! I'd say one of the more disturbing images of Hell I've seen was what I've seen of the Hell scene in 'What Dreams May Come,' especially the part not shown in this video in which there's an entire field littered with the fully conscious faces of the damned that Robin Williams must walk across. As for the flat- out scariest, probably the brief (Thank God) scene in 'Event Horizon.' What was the final clip from? It was the only one I didn't recognize.

And as Jewish religion is just a collection of older religions with parts of egyptian, sumerian, babylonian mythology the idea of hell origins from their religions. Greek mythology also has a hell and is several hundred years older than christianity. And who garantuees that you read it correctly? Just your belief? Who garantuees that your book even is a tiny bit correct und not just fictional like lord of the rings?

Already tried that - nothing happened. The bible is already proven wrong. two different stories of the creation, two different family trees of Jesus, sometimes people die without having children and a few lines later they had several children, and so on. Also there are prophecies that are completely wrong
