The vast majority of Old Cab Cars had even better K5LAs than even the best F59PHs. Now seeing those die off was even harder for me to go through than seeing the F59s fall.

This is just the perfect go train video for me. The barrie line being my favorite line, all the awesome sounding horns from the old cab cars and locomotives, and the high speed of the trains.

I can’t believe GO Transit replaced those good ol’ K5LA’s with those crappy horns, but hey it’s still my favorite commuter railroad in Canada along with Via Rail.

The video has GO commuter trains. The channel with Amtrak6901 had ACE trains and Caltrains and some California cars.

Carlos Phill Amtrak is a Train Operating Company, all American Locomotives have that sound of horn.

The locomotives are F59PH and have a similar sound to the F59PHI. You may have been thinking of the F59PHI.

Amtrak uses both F59PHIs and F59PHs. Pretty much the same. :P

RailFanBen 59 No! Amtrak uses F59PHI's, GENESIS TYPE LOCOS, F40'' NPCU, P32-8BWH, BI-LEVEL AND CABCARS! AMYRAK DOES NOT USE F59PH!

There 12 carts on that one when there usually needs to have 13 carts because when I always see GO trains I count and there is 13 carts

​@@awesomeman116a Amtrak has F40PHR NPCU (non-powered control unit) locomotives on 1 end with Amtrak P42DC on the other end. This can be found in Amtrak Surfliner Trains in Southern California and Downeaster Trains in Massachusetts and Maine.
