sir they didn’t issue visa for me in saudi after passing the license exam ... problem with ministry of labour

They usually give if you get a job there. I am surprised to hear that if you get a job they don't give visa.
Sir i have completed my bds 5 years ago. I want to do diploma in clinical research. Is it worth. Will i get job after diploma completion.

By clinical do you mean MS followed by superspeciality neuroscience? Then No. If you are talking about MSc which is research based, then some universities are letting dentists apply but many don't.
