Good work, however, her main concern was about her sleep, thus, I believe if he told her about sleep hygiene as a first option and told her what's in his mind would be better!

You get scripts from the doctor or the receptionist when it’s sent through and then you go to a pharmacy. (Lived in Britain 23 years; it’s always been this way)!
