i'm intrigued, but hard to beat a modified old lone wolf seat (compact and low weight) & ring of steps on a ratchet!

Would love to see a super compact/flat and light (sub 2 lb.) tool that ONLY functions as a means to get up the tree. (Climb, then set "ring of steps" w/ratchet @ chest level)..... Then climb little higher and step off climber onto "ring of steps."
