Rachel DeFlumeri discusses her experience throughout various agriculture agencies including in government, universities, and the private sector. She shares how her expertise and research in perennial plants and arboriculture has shown to be an important technique for Climate Smart Farming to support biodiversity conservation on farms, as well as provide important economic benefits to the farm enterprises.
