Hi Craig I was there Saturday it seems to me that some of the caravans are used for storage,vans were pulling up taking stuff in taking stuff out hardly any people maybe just a couple of vans occupied very quiet a lot of car horns ,parked up at night on the same road you did but hardly anything there not what I thought

I thought the same some caravans were full of rubbish . Or abandoned. I did think there was going to be more vans there mate . I heard a few car horns and that was daytime as well mate 👌👍

If you go closer to Clifton Village you can get some great views of the suspension bridge. Also good to walk across if you come back to Bristol. There's a pub called the White Lion that has a garden that looks over to the bridge. That end of the downs had a lot more going on. ❤.

Very interesting video Craig....the caravan city is quite a shocker....There ain't anything like that up here in the North west now is there mate... Look forward to Western...take a look at the abandoned pier...if you have a drone then you could get some great footage.. All the best Ian.

Nice Vlog Craig. Some of the caravans look a mess and ready for the scrap yard! Unfortunate that your mates dog got a wack - not pleasant to see - or for the dog I imagine! I guess it gets quite noisy staying there… wise choice to move to Weston. Take care and stay safe.

If your living in the caravans, why don't they level them up. It makes su h a difference having your home level

Hi a lot of the caravans were scrap or been dumped . I heard things about clifton downs that it was full of vanlifers but it was disappointing mate . True a level caravan is always best for you . Take care mate 👍

Looks ok there Craig,wonder what the locals think about it mate,not everywhere let's you park up no mate eh,there should be designated sites for campers and trailers I reckon. Perhaps some of these old RAF camps and ARMY sites should be available eh mate,enjoy the rest of your travels craig

Hi Paul what I seen on the internet before I went to Bristol wasn't the same when I got there . There was quite a lot of campers but I thought there would be more . I think a lot have moved on mate Locals aren't happy with it .. but I think there clamping down soon on it all Thanks for message mate take care 🙂 👍

It's not popular with the locals. It's the most expensive area in Bristol, so you can imagine the residents don't like it.

Such a lovely area looking like it’s a scrapyard of caravans, all that rubbish and mess around some. People like that ruin it for the many and won’t be long until they enforce parking restrictions.
