This type of “day in the life” video is a fantastic idea. Very cool to see more of your office, and your staff. Amazing that your business has tripled since you started KZread. Can’t wait to see the next episodes. From watching your channel for some time, I know your office is in a very special building. From the video images, it looks like some type of castle. Can you tell us more about it? Is it open to the public, or are there other stores in there? It’s very unique and certainly not something we would see in the USA. Also very cool to see your staff. You can tell they enjoy working with you. Always neat to see the different people involved. As you know more about the operation, and you meet the different people, you feel even more invested in watching the videos. I think these are going to be very successful for you.

Yeah definitely. I need to buy online since I'm outside the UK and have nothing like Charlies company here. We have two local ADs in my city and getting allocation is next to impossible but something in me still wants that in person experience of going to the store personally and connecting and picking it up. Doesn't feel the same to get sent a package with next to zero communication.

I just have to update here but I got my sub directly from the AD yesterday! I just went in for a visit to tell them I had made up my mind on another watch I also wanted and they came out with the box for the sub and asked me if I wanted it! Got put on list for the other watch too, will probably take a few months but I'm very confident I'll get that one now that I have some purchase history.@@thehonestwatchdealer
