No it is not made to be an eye dropper.

Sir wo feed ebonite ka hai. Isliye ye convertor isme nhi ja rha hai. Ye convertor inke plastic feed wale nib units k liye hai. Generally falcon me aisa ebonite feed wala nib unit nhi hota. Kuchh mismatch hai isme

Isko as eyedropper use krenge to bahut achha result aayega kyuki koi bhi convertor ya cartridge isme fir nhi hoga

Start with Desire. Good pen. Only drawback is plastic feed. Heritage has ebonite feed and is a piston filler and costs double that of Desire. So if budget allows you go for Heritage if just experimenting go for Desire.

Did u try Ranga pens? I heard these have good quality
