So they think thye can learn a business in just 6 months or a year and start out on their own venture?... that's just not how it works. Owners are smart too..they don;t teach the tricks of their business until it's time and they really trust the worker.

You are right that's why we all got poor service and education now a days I mean owner teaches you 8 r 7 tips over 10 she knew then you will teach your staff 5 r 4 over 8 you know next they will teach their staff 2 r 3 over 5 you knew.but people still choose your business by according to their finance n what they knew
