At 1:39 in the bottom-right corner - is it a shark or a dolphin?

It's a dolphin - the tail fin is horizontal and the movement is up & down, whereas a shark's fin is vertical and moves side-to-side. Dolphins are fairly common on the golf coast, but harder to see due to the generally murkier water.
