I love Clearwater Beach. We have stayed at the Hilton there, visited the beach, and rented wave runners. You sure showed a lot. Awesome job! Jen xo

Greetings from Oregon....thank you for this video. We stayed south of the pier at a hotel that we hardly left for 3 days. Our beach/pool was the best vacation we took back in Oct 2019. We did ventured out to the main strip and did some shopping and and had some dinner/ice cream. I wanted to go to the pier so bad but my wife wasn't able to due to feeling pains in her legs. We are moving to FL this summer (2021) but not sure where due to I need to know where I can get an approved transfer work to. I am so hopping for Tampa area. I am disappointed that you have to pay to go to the beach. So this place Frenchie....never heard of it and was surprised no one told me about it. I'll have to check it out next time I'm there.

So exciting! There are some free places to park near the beach in other beaches close to Clearwater, but from what we've found in Clearwater, they charge. Definitely recommend checking out Frenchies! :)

Wow, in 1974 none of what you see in this video existed. Hardly anyone at the beach. I was 19 and worked and lived at the Belleview Biltmore Hotel. So many years ago. Very good video!

I bet! That is one of the reasons I wanted to do this, too. Already it is changing so much and we've only been here 4 years. Kind of bittersweet!

Great video.... I was there last week and really enjoyed it. What months are considered low season in Clearwater? I am planning to comeback next year but don't want to go when it is too crowded. Thanks

Hey! Sorry for the late reply.. I'd say around late September and definitely through October are slower! November and December (before the holidays) are still slower than "normal" but by then, the snowbirds start to trickle in so it's a tad busier than Sept/Oct.

Hey! I really like the Holiday Inn and Suites which is located on the intercoastal + walking distance to the beach. You can get good deals here depending on the dates - sometimes it can be pretty pricy it just varies so much! We have stayed in an Airbnb before too which was really nice and affordable!

@@73tward Indian Rocks is around 20-30 minutes to Clearwater Beach/Pier 60 depending on traffic...traffic can vary greatly.
