Some images here from a a big rooftop removal project going on in Ultental, Süd Tirol. While driving up the valley we spotted this and had to stop for a closer look. One thing lead to another and before I knew it I was on the roof with the guy and his kids taking some video and pics. This is only about half way up Ultental, at the head of the valley there's about another meter or so of snow depth. The next day we returned to the valley and went powder skiing at the Schwemmalm ski area.
