Adipose tissue is critical to understanding many metabolic diseases. Adipose development, vascularization and progenitor cell fate could be studied in large scale adipose tissues through tissue clearing and immunolabeling. This 4x, 3-channel acquisition took under an hour yet reveals the complexity of structures throughout an over 2cm long complete piece of tissue.
