Hello from Colorado, USA!!! Awesome job on the cowboy coffee! best way to make coffee to expose coffee snobs to proper coffee and and show them that regular coffee is good and doesn't need sugar/creamer all the time! removing the bitterness by boiling is hard to explain and the look on their faces when you finally get them to try it is amazing! Going back to the video now since i paused it to come make this comment.

do you think this is true matt (PINCHED FROM SOMEONE ELSE ) OILS, how many of you use oils to coat your baits for carp fishing ? I did for many years then found out that carp can’t actually detect oils so for us to use it as an attractant is a waste of time and the only benefit we the anglers get from it is it can create a nice flat spot on the surface when the carp are sifting through our baits releasing the oil molecules which then rise to the surface.because an oil molecule is in essence a sealed unit it does not disperse into the water therefore the carp can’t detect it through taste .however making baits with an oil or crushing your baits up and mixing with oil will trap food particles within the oil molecule which the carp can then taste once eaten. Remember carp can only detect a flavour which is water soluble which is worth remembering next time you poor hemp oil all over your whole bollies.

Hello News Clash, I have no doubt that somewhere along the line there is some truth in this comment but at what point I could not say. I have no evidence to back up my opinion on the subject but here it is anyway: If you are going to sell a bait to the masses then im pretty sure there will be evidence either scientific or tested, to prove the liquid containing specific oils will attract fish or your bait isn't going to work and your reputation as a bait provider with crash very quickly, add to this the strong licencing laws we have in the UK and you have yourself a potential environmental and false claim law suit heading your way, that is unless you can back up your claim for example that "tiger nut oil attracts more fish" etc. That being said I cant claim to have seen any real benefit from adding oils and additives especially when you end up catching on sweet corn and you have £50.00 worth of boillies sat on the lake floor not producing on your other two rods. But when your spending over £30.00 for 24 hours you want to give yourself the best chance and bait companies know this. Consequently it is us, you and me, that take the bait and get dragged in and spend even more money. I think oils when manufactured in certain ways will help enhance your bait, I think fish can detect some oils but not all or companies simply would not use them. and I have no doubt the the comment made by another (someone else ) does indeed have a basis truth and fact. Will I continue to use oils in the future, well, the truth is i'm on a mission to try and use more natural food stuff for a period of time to see if there is any significant change to the catch rate. so I'm currently off the oils. Great question really enjoyed answering this thank you. regards Matt

typical carp angler ,nice vid bud but what did you learn as a kid fishing , you moved and slammed a spod lol, sometimes they will respone to that iat the right times of the day or year , other will just spook them more so on a shy water . a bit of advise look at match anglers they fish for every fish and ring the changes as they go . fish for one fish at a time especially on clear water , take a leaf from me make a rule start with a number mine is 7 and start there 7 bits of a boilie 7 halfs or wholes, seven nuts seven grains but seven and as fish come faster increase or decrease when it slows . also april may june not only bugs in the water but spawn on the moon carp love spawn find a bait that looks like it . another note ask your self why carp jump best of luck

your right Edd, if the wind is coming from that direction too it is bad, but not even close to being as loud as Farlows on the M25 that is horrific there

Gutted for you Matt, was actually imploring a take for you just at the end of the video, but everybody blanks, it'd soon become a boring as f*ck hobby if you went and got something every time. Better luck next time bud. True sport, take the bad with the good.

Your right I will be one happy chap when i do eventually get one out of the water, and I will feel like ive earned the bugger LOL as always Sam great to see your comment pop up you are always respectful and i genuinely appreciate it, regards Matt
