@@user-jm3kb1tu8t It is something that youtube provides. If you use any other music, people will come along and claim a copyright violation and try to get the money for the entire video. That happened to a youtube channel that I follow. The owner of the channel deleted the video so the person claiming the copyright would not get any money. They could have fought the copyright claim but felt it was not worth the effort.

I had a big pine tree with one of those rotten spots. Someone told me years ago that it was actually caused by a tree virus. Somehow it gets in the tree, probably due to some damage leaving an opening in the tree's defensive layers, and it infects the tree. Once it starts, there's no way to cure it and eventually the structure of the trunk gets compromised.

The sun has been excluded but by the time Chris has done the house work all will be shiny and bright . Horses are hard on pastures and they take a lot of commitment. Did you notice the access ramp up to the house ,that might be an indicator why things ran away for the owners .

I grew up in South Texas. My dad spent a lot of time in the pasture grubbing out young mesquite and other brush. After he sold the home place, I went back five years later. Grass was almost gone, and land was almost covered in brush and brambles. The guy who bought is was running goats instead of cattle. Even goats couldn't keep up with the brush.

That old scar on the large pine kinda looks like the damage left from days of turpentine collecting. They would carver away the bank to allow the turpentine to ooze. As the decades went by the tree would grow up around the scar.

“Turn the house into a split-levell! Lol our neighbors went thru this after Hurricane Isabel. God protected our house and those of the next door neighbors. Our trees were oaks and pines, many over 100 years old. The subdivision was the first in Petersburg VA, built in the early 1940s. We only lost4 trees, the rest of the neighborhood not so lucky. But we were proactive and took town 14 of the 35 trees that were there the year before.

Horses are very expensive to keep. There were several stables around where I built my house. Almost all of them are gone. Same story. A middle aged couple with young girls buys land, builds a new house and barn and lots of wooden fences for horses for their daughter(s). They have their own horses and board others. Their daughters grow up and lose interest in the horses. The daughters leave home and the parents are stuck with the horses. Their boarders stop paying but the horses still have to be fed. The horses get old, the people get old, and get rid of the horses. They can't pay off the loan they took out to build the place or can't pay the taxes.
