    Thank you for your videos & passing your knowledge on to the next decades journeymen & women. I've learned alot from your videos, I also enjoy your shout outs to service members and giving your time to them. It is nice to see that these days. If I may give my 2 cents, pre-emptive apologies, my safety nerd popped out. Keep it safe! I wanna see more from ya! I forget mine all the time moving from one task to another. More often than happens to others I'm fairly certain I'm violently reminded that I need to put my PPE on as various liquids &/or other forms of matter attack me & my various orifices. Lacquer thinner and I have a history. Completely unproked, the Lacquer thinner leaps around the rag I use to shield the spray going into the dirty bucket, straight into my eyeball. *Cut to various scenes of different large animals (Moose, bear, deer, elk, etc) driven mad by swarming bees or hornets, surrounded by buckets of chemical, paint & tools, dumping and stepping in every single one as they dash & thrash about (definitely not cus they are wussies!) Thanks again for your service!

    How much paint do you typically get out of your gun filters, manifold filters? Also curious what the setup for 2 guns looks like? What would the benefit be if the pressure doesn’t keep up with both guns running?

    Titan best sprayer. I clean almoust same. After job done i flush the paint out like in the vid. Than i use clean wather and flush 7 -10 liter water at spray and prime. Than i remove the manifold filter, the suktion hose filter and the gun filter and clean it. Than put it togheter and flush everything clean. It goes way faster after cleaning all the filters at the beginning. Must try. For small jobs Titan have a manifold filter plug. With the filter plug you only got your gunfilter but dont have to remove manifold filter plug when cleaning.

    Thank you for the comment as regards the manifold filter plug. That would be a huge game changer for me. I usually only spray a gallon or 2 at a time (small cabinet jobs). That would really help with cleanout.

  • @Com4nd3r.

    @@JohnWilliams-cu4cc Definitely. It clean out so well with the plug, I am amazed and i think its must be even great in the combination with the hopper. (Hopper i dont have) But Titan should realy release a half sized manifold filter in lenght. That would be such an important upgrade then the manifold filter in its lenght is way to hard to clean and there is no need for smal jobs using a manifold filter in this size. If they would release a smaler one i would direktly get one to.

    I have purchased fittings that allow me to hook my water hose directly to the intake tube which allows me to flush the pump, waste line, and spray hose quickly without having to run the machine. It seems so unnecessary to run the pump to clean the paint out of 50 ft of hose and it takes ages to get the water to run out crystal clear. Now I just hook the machine up to the hose it flushes everything out. Crystal clear in 30 seconds without ever powering the machine. After it runs clear I fill a bucket of clean water and run the pump for about 10 seconds on both spray and prime to flush any remaining paint out of the working components.

    @JohnWilliams-cu4cc

    I have looked for those so many times and couldn't find them, and even tried a homemade version (that didn't work great). How did you connect the water hose to the intake tube?

  • @jimeneazy5999

    @jimeneazy5999

    2 жыл бұрын

    @@JohnWilliams-cu4cc Depending on what sprayer you have the threads on the inlet tube should either be 5/8 or 3/4. I run a shut off valve hose adapter on the end of my hose and then a 3/4 to 3/4 Female to female adapter straight to the inlet tube. The shut off just allows me to cut water at the end of hose instead of running back and forth to the hose bib.

  • @jimeneazy5999

    @jimeneazy5999

    2 жыл бұрын

    @@JohnWilliams-cu4cc On my graco 395, the inlet tube has a short extension after the threaded section which will stop you from fitting a standard threaded connector to the end, that section has to be cut off and sanded carefully. The downside being the inlet tube cannot reach the very bottom of a bucket with the inlet strainer is attached. I'm spraying at least 15 gallons a day so I'm not too concerned with getting every last drop from the bucket.

The artist that PERMANENTLY inked that arm is just as proud of his work as you are of the paint in the million dollar home that will have to be redone in two years. Stay humble friend.
