Cleaning The Nastiest Rug - Long Relaxing Version

Ойын-сауық

Hey guys,
Please check out my affiliate store here - mountainstore360.com
Also my merch shop here - mountain-rug-cleaning-store.m...
This rug is an old, smelly, matted, mangey mess that I dug up from a muddy disposal centre.
You know i love a challenge and this was one. The clean took me over 7 hours to complete and i still wasn't 100% happy with the result.
In any case, this rug will still go to some use.
i hope you enjoy the cleaning video.

Do you have a rug you think would be good to feature on this channel ?
Im looking for the dirtiest rugs imaginable. So, if you have a rug laying around you were meant to dispose of but you think it might be salvageable, please get in touch by emailing me.
This will have to be Uk based only for reasonable collection.
The rug will be collected for free, cleaned and donated to charity or given back if you so wish.
Please send details of the rug and pictures to - info@mountainrugcleaning.co.uk

Couple of questions can you show us the set up you have? How do you fill up water tank ( with rain water or just hosepipe) how much water does a rug wash need? How many rugs do you wash a day/ week/ month/ year? Do you film all rugs wash?

Yes. I'm curious about all those things in the other comment, plus...don't you have a drainage system for the dirty water? You have to get it out w/ the vacuum? What do you do with it then? Are you limited on the amount of water you can use? Occasionally, it looks as though some of those rugs would benefit from more extensive rinsing before you start scrubbing...

Genuine question: why dont you clean the rugs on a rack? The dirt water seems to be reabsorbed into the rug a lot of the times so it would definitely help if its on a sturdy rack/grate, maybe the rubber carpets with the holes can help with it too

My guess is that it takes extra work to clean off all the extra equipment. I hated dragging those big rubber mats to clean under them at jobs, and they themselves get grimy and I'd personally hate to clean that between every wash as well 🤷
