I had no idea that you can apply diatomaceous earth wet in a spray. Then it dries out and 2:21 it works. I’ve always applied DE dry because I thought if it got wet at all, I just didn’t work. learn something new every day.

Enjoyed this video so much. Love the grow tent. It’s amazing how much work we put into our plants but a little humor always helps.

That outfit is fabulous! Way to embrace the socks with slides! I’m digging your vibe! Makes me think of me on a weekend when I just get shot done! You can find me at Walmart and Lowe’s not giving a shot or care in the World! Go girl!What is the reason for the diathematous earth mix?I wish we were neighbors we could go shopping together and everyone would just think we came from the same commune community!

One thing I have learned is always keeping any and all new plants in a clear bag, treating it with the systemic house plant stuff for at least one month.

Omg I totally relate! Even stuff we enjoy we put off. I think it might be because the task seems so huge that we get overwhelmed. But once we get started we build momentum and realize it’s not as intense as we thought. I always feel when I have what seems like a big task my brain stresses me out about it and I will put it off wayyy to long. Then finally the right mood hits and I feel like i can accomplish anything. After I start the big task its like wow that was it??? really why did I not do this sooner! I do that with repotting things too.

I heard mix results, some claim it stops repelling pests once wet, but I do not believe it matters because of how it works at the scientific level. Harli seems to make it work fine so I take it it does work :)

My brother in law has a huge potato farm in Washington, he uses the wet diatomaceous earth spray on his taters! Once it dries, it works just fine 😊

I cut back and repotted my spider plant. Now it’s turning variegated when it wasn’t originally. Can you explain this?

More room to walk around the tent. Should make it easier to work in there.🙂

I think that Hoya you are unsure of the identity is a Quinquenervia maybe Siam Red. But I’m not positive lol
