What kind of syringe you use and do you have a video on how to clean behind and under the cartridge holder? And even the roller?

Hello Sir, I have HP b110a photosmart. It was giving me Ink System Failure 0xc19a0013 error. I tried all the help on web but none worked. Even after full printer reset it didn't work. Finally I followed this tutorial. I didn't even have to wash the printhead. I just cleaned it and installed it back. The error went away and my printer started to work as before. So Thank you for such a wonderful tutorial.

well i picked up a HP6500 A plus for 20$ at a thrift store... yes the ink printer head was cloggged... took long time using the 1/4" tubing on a syringe to get a jet line squirting out... my wife was the pumper... not a one person job. going right to new aftermarket ink cartridge's as the old ones may be 10 years old. test under way now....it seems to work ok as far as print goes but now the paper isn;t feeding so for print test I have to jam one in at the right time... on to my next problem but thanks for this video

Hi. Thank you for sharing. I hope it all works out. Just clean the pick up roller with alcohol swabs or paper towel with windex. Let me know how that goes.

@@303electronics I tried cleaning with alcohol but also they felt like they weren't spinning very strong so I went to that one video of the German guy who cut the hole in the bottom of his printer with the cut off saw. Then I used a mirror and I can see my gear was spinning and I could even see the crack rather than use a cutoff saw I used a one and a quarter inch or a one and a half inch diamond tile bit and drilled a hole mixed up some 5-minute epoxy in 20 minutes later I had her curing. Works like a champ now. Only thing is I don't see how I could have used the syringe by myself We had to probably have squirted 75 full 35 cc syringes of hot water before we finally got all the jets to squirt a nice even line of fine spray.. I didn't even know you could clean a printhead I was looking at refurbished ones for $26 on eBay or Amazon

@@303electronics by the way do you think I got a good deal for 20 bucks on this old printer? I wonder how many hundreds of thousands of these printers have that broken gear that was designed so poorly I would say the thickness of material between the shaft and the root of the gear teeth was maybe .025 to maybe .04" maximum.

@@303electronics well 920 XL with two Xl blk was like 14$ so I'm in 34$ but I need an output tray. I didn't notice it needed one. Just ordered a tray on eBay 14 free shipping. Be here in a week.

mine was working ok untill i replaced all 4 carts for ink then it would not print text, trying to clean every thing before I got back to the office pot and see if they might give me a new black cat under warenty

5:30 what cleaning solution did you use? What is the ingredients in your cleaning solution?

Hi. The solution that I use is windex, ammonia, and hot water. So mix about 2 part windex, 1 part ammonia, 2 part hot water. I also like "LA's totally awesome" sold in dollar stores. I dilute half of LAs totally awesome and half water. Works very well too.

Unable to wash the physical thing at 11:50 since my printer is PhotoSmart B210a and it won't come out

Try soaking the printhead in the solution for a few hours.

@@303electronics I did it for an hour and it won’t print color. It’ll print black though

Worst video for instructions. How did you do a test print? How exactly did you remove the printer heads? If I were a printer repairman then we would understand what's going on here.

He showed you exactly how to remove the print head at 1:51. Lift the lever, pull the print head straight up, its easy.
