One thing I really like about Mindys vlogs is that she has and uses things that are accessible to everybody.

I have binged on Mindy for the last 2 hours already! I first heard of her and Larry 6 months ago. I feel like Mindy is Steve Rogers and Larry is Peggy. Mindy has an old soul. It was like her fetus was frozen in 1961 and she became unfrozen 30 years later.

Just a little warning for the dried beans: soaked them overnight and rinse them well (like 3 minutes and thoroughly) before cooking them. It will reduce the cooking time and help you digest them easier.

You shouldn't feel bad that you left home to do some shopping,You went to buy food not to have fun.

I thought I was the only one who cut them up. I've done that for so long, especially after watching happy feet, when the plastic got stuck around the penguins neck. AND I hate plastic too, but syrofoam is my worst enemy! Love you Mindy and Larry! <3
