It is actually quite few people thing it broke and end up just buying new watch because it’s happen more often then people think.

I just spent 30 minutes chatting with Apple support and this 4 minute video was more informative.

all the videos i have watched about the crown button not working talked about the stupid scroll wheel. this method worked for me and I'm thankful you pointed out that the button wasn't working either.

It worked! My side button was stuck and this helped. I didn’t even have to use warm water

Thanks! Just did this to my Apple Watch SE. So far the dial seems to be smooth and click-y, it was partially stuck before running it under water.

Haven't had the crown on mine stuck like that but my watch gets wet fairly often. Few months back I got caught in a pretty bad rainstorm, my series 3 and iphone 8 got soaked and they still work great. Thought for sure all the rain was going to kill my Edge 2 but it also is fine.

My crown got really bad and just running it under water didn’t help. Someone said they took a piece of dental floss and ran it underneath the crown and I couldn’t believe the ick that came out underneath that crown! After I cleaned it that way, I ran it under the water and it worked just fine again.

My scroll wheel scrolled but pressing it didn't work for over a year I ran water over it for less than minute and fixed. Thanks

this worked for me. I had a stuck side button submersed in running water and pressed button and eventually reset dialog appeared. I think there's alot of debris preventing my button from depressing.

Ray here just thought to let you know VA delivered my new chair yesterday I had a Quckie Pulse 6 for 6 years but it is like going from a VW to a RR Quickie m710 loaded what a difference in comfort rises 12" full recline I love it

i got the info directly from apples website... check it out - im sure there's cleaning info your your model of watch as well :^)

HELP!! My Apple Watch S4 Digital Crown stopped worked after one day at swimming pool. Problem is it is stuck with water mode 💧. How do I do to turn off the water mode and get the Digital Crown work again... I have tried many things

Your better off going with the pro series jazzy 2000 or even 3000 model...it costs more but you get what you pay for.

This def helped! My fat ass got ketchup on my watch, idk how lol, and the crown has this stuck feeling to it. I used the suggestion from the comments to use thread or floss to clean around it, then I ran it under hot water and we are back baaaybeeee! Thanks community! ❤
