I think one of the reasons I love your channel so much is that while you do promote things, you aren't promoting this idea that we need to be constantly buying things to be happy or to keep up with the fashion. Yes, you do promote items, but it never feels like that's the sole purpose of your channel. I never leave a video thinking I'm less or missing out, because the purpose isn't ever really the items. You've found a genuine way to marry product with meaning. But I think it's important to note that social media responsibility doesn't just rest with everyday users. Influencers should also be critiquing the messages they send. I don't like this current culture of influencers releasing a clothing haul or stationary haul or home goods haul every single week. It feels a little predatory and it preys on envy; especially the ones that target the teen Christian market. Teenage girls already have so much to worry about, and now they have the added bonus of seeing near-age influencers buying stuff on the daily, turning their entire wardrobe over every season, never seeming to appreciate what they have, all with uplifting music and a vague Christian message. There's a cognitive dissonance in that genre: Christ is enough, but you need those Converse and this cute sweater this season. Thank you for being a breath of fresh air in the Christian influencer market.

Angela lee My thoughts exactly. Very well worded. It is so disheartening to see so many channels promoting makeup items and clothing hauls which they themselves won't be able to afford or buy it, but can do that because they get paid for it and get it for free. In this channel we don't get the feel that it is a marketing and sales channel. Anything promoted is done very aesthetically and subtly. In fact I am just so mesmerized by the other things on this channel that I can easily/forget /overlook the fact if anything at all was promoted.

This channel is all I need. The music, the voice, the plants, the gardening, the cooking and everything that in this channel I love it all🥰

I want to be like her. Plus the environment, just so peaceful and quiet. 😍
