I pop small gravel on top of the soil of my house plants and it really helps stop the flies! I think it looks quite pretty too. I just use small gravel but you can get stuff called pot dressing from garden centres too 😊

Pine smelling stuff reminds me of toilets, growing up as a late gen x everyone's loos smelt of pine - I never ever buy pine smelling stuff now lol 😆 Loved this video Emma, I am also a top to bottom cleaner, I love it when every room is clean and the beds are fresh, nothing like having clean sheets ❤ xx Have you seen that Tesco do the multi packs of yankee candle wax melts, £4 for about 6, so many gorgeous fragrances too xx

Totally with you about the pine scents! Whenever I put candles or body wash on my Christmas list from Bath and Body Works I always make sure to specify which ones so I'm not stuck with anything Pine or Balsam! Weirdly I do love a real Christmas tree though!

What is that super epic plant? Looks like some variety of aloe but do you know what it is exactly? Looks like it needs to be divided and repotted in several pots. You could use the repotted plant babies in fall for teacher gifts. The other ones that don’t die easily are spider plants. Oops I see you are already clued into propagating and gifting. Lol. You are so funny. I so relate to you so well.

It’s important to be careful about essential oils in the home if you have dogs and/or cats. A huge number of them are highly toxic to both
