CLEAN UP CREW - Farm Living - herding Goats & Chickens

Welcome to my expanded goat pen in beautiful Nova Scotia, now over 3,000 square feet of lush greenery. Our goats enjoy a variety of toys, ramps, houses, and plenty of playtime. Our Nigerian dwarf goats are thriving in their improved environment. It's amazing how life can change-I went from being a retired KZreadr to a happy goat herder, and I couldn't be more thrilled. This is everything I ever wanted: 7 goats, 4 chickens, and 2 dogs. When you add three humans to the mix, it sure can get messy! Every single day is an adventure with feeding, cleaning pens, and caring for our animal family. The natural beauty of Nova Scotia makes it all the more special. It's truly a remarkable experience, living this fulfilling and joyous life surrounded by nature and our beloved animals.

Love my goats, you, your ground, and the goats will ve much happier with a pasture rotation. Check out the electric net fencing and move them around. Funny your farm videos started to pop up when my son got back into the Rcs

Definitely gotta get that Lamancha fixed, might be a bit big for banding though at this point. I’ve never been a big fan of the Lamanchas or Pygmies, they always seemed to be the trouble makers. I used to have quite the herd back in my 4H days, mostly Saanens, Alpines, and Angoras. Goats are definitely the way to go though, regardless of breed, they are the best! You’ve got quite the waddle to no waddle ratio there, that was kind of a rarity in my herd.

Great goat accommodations! Do you have coyotes also? I am a little curious about the wildlife of Nova Scotia as I will soon be a resident also. One of my criteria for a home is that there is enough land to have a decent RC track ( winding around food plots) and fruit trees. The goats and goat herder look super happy!

Coyotes also! I can hear them laughing and howling when they catch pheasants' and rabbits, racoons and such! You are going to have so much fun here if you are looking for that kind of stuff! I am located in the Annapolis Valley
