Tuning: C# G# C# F# G# C#
Gear:
Iconic Guitars - Custom VM6 (Black) and VM7 (Red). Check them out iconicguitars.com
Neural DSP - Nolly (rhythms), Plini (leads), Tone King (cleans) Quad Cortex (ambient parts / FX)
Soundblind Drums Counterkit - My favorite drum plugin. Tell them I sent you! soundblinddrums.com
Disclaimer: I didn't have a 6 string with a floating trem when I filmed this, so I had to use my 7 string Iconic for the solo section. The tuning is the exact same throughout the song, the 7 string just has an added low C# 1. I also used the Digitech Whammy pedal for the low octave sections on the 6 string.
Genuinely so stoked to finally get this one out there... I really appreciate all of the support over the past year. I'm planning on releasing a couple more singles in the upcoming months along with some KZread videos and tutorials. If you have any suggestions on tutorials you want to see please let me know in the comments!
Thanks for checking out my stuff, it really means the world to me. Go give it a listen on Spotify, Apple Music, etc.
Much love,
clayton

The best prog metalcore track ever
As a guitarist who has stopped playing for months and has gottentired of all the repeated riffs in djent and metal, this musical piece is extremely refreshing to my ears. Well done, my man!

I am really disappointed at the KZread algorithm! Why the F it took 6 months for this track to be recommended! Kick ass composition, respect and support from India 🤘

I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for money I can tell you I don't have money, but I see you have a very particular set of skills. Skills you have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make you a nightmare for people like me. If you make more music like this now that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you, but if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you and I will ask for tabs 🤣

This became one of my favorite instrumental guitar tracks of all time since I've heared it for the first time!
This is otherworldly - gave me chills throughout, and typically only vocal performances can do that. You've got an incredible talent Clayton, can't wait to follow your journey and see where you go from here. Only up, my friend! Rock on.
