Clayton Christensen: Management

In the second of his lectures for Saïd Business School, Clayton Christensen gives an insight into the 'panda's thumbs' of management thinking- dated practices that hinder management decision-making and the profitability of companies. He gives the examples of managers focusing too heavily on gross margins rather than net profit and refusing to reduce their production costs as a way of avoiding disruption by smaller companies. He then gives an insight his Job to be Done theory.

Dr. Clayton Christensen- Is really a great thought leader. His provocative thoughts and tools are such an important part of an individual's reformation process.

Clayton Christensen as brilliant as always. On the other hand, would it be possible to see the Q&A session? Or at least, to have an official explanation of why it's been cut?

This pathological cultist was put on a communist pedestal for remaking American capitalism. Problem is, Clayton was a fool (as is any and all socialist economics). His theories have done nothing but give an excuse for Marxist greedy Democrats with ivy league education to ruin capitalism and bleed the shareholders dry....I came out of a Mormon cult led healthcare system in Texas. The greedy Christian hating cult management turned it into a slave/master employment scheme, and they didn't care about performance or the good of the patients or employees....Whoever thought replacing competency with cluster-B psychopaths and their Mormon cult needs to be hung. Pure evil....weird thing is all the cult members in my chain of command were LGBTP hate-filled white supremacists....but that is Joseph Smith for you
