U.S.S.R to be completely honest, the speed at which every chef takes to cook something depends on how familiar they are with the ingredients. If Gordon Ramsay went up against a professional chef from China to make a hand pulled Chinese noodle soup dish, I can guarantee you the Chinese chef would have a better dish. It’s all about the amount of experience and exposure a chef has, to certain ingredients. It’s not all about how well rounded you are. It depends on what you’re making.

The other one's they tasted were like: "Yes, this is good. I like the taste." When David came up: "This is amazing... I get flashbacks back to when mother carried me across the plains of Madagascar... I have reached enlightenment through your dish David. I want to ride across the Sahara with your food. Mess with it's hair, and then end it with a soft, tender kiss."

th0t slayer actually... the higher the temperature the slower it will cook. The lower the rack is better as well. Cause thats where the residual heat is coming from. And when the temperature is low. It focuses on the interior.
