Great job!!! I think that the way that you divided the room into separate areas is great for your students. I have been working with a sensory area in my room for quite a while and find my folks really enjoy it and become relaxed more quickly. Especially when you are trying to deescalate an issue. I started it by putting black butcher paper on the walls and then I used black light strips. I gave everyone neon paint to make pictures to hang on the walls and made paper chains out of neon paper to hang on the ceiling. I also got some baby classical music to play in it. Later on I found cool things to add to it at yard sales and now it's a favorite place that everyone enjoys. I have found that some of the people that I work with will sit in it to relax and have a quiet moment also. Have a great year. Blessings 💕💕💕
