Thank you for taking the time to produce these videos - as a novice Remote Sensing student, they have been extremely helpful in the completion of my studies!

If you have more than 10 pins per class and do not want to label them one by one in SNAP, export pins as txt and open them in a spreadsheet, then label the whole column accordingly and save as txt again. afterwards, import the txt back to SNAP to filter the pixel data like you described and then finally export everything all together.

Thanks so much for this video!!! Please I am mapping marginal land in Europe using open source datasets like Sentinel-2 Global land cover(S2glc), Corine land cover, Pan-European High Resolution Layers (HRL) tree cover density, Natura 2000 network , DEM, European Soil Database Derived data etc... please do you have any suggestions on the type of reference dataset i can use for the accuracy assessment or any other suggestions please.

One Question: How do we calculate the kappa, which was shortly mentioned at the end of the video ? Actually I know how to calculate kappa (formula) but which data do you use ? When I compare the values of the color manipulation and the pin of cause i see, that some of the values of the pins mismatch with some of my classification values. How do you build the up the matrix ? I set always 1 for my classification values and 0 or 1 depending on whether my pin values mismatch or match with my classification. Pin Values 0 1 Classification Values 0 1 So first I calculate p0= Relative match and pe= Probability of Random Match and than k = k=p0-pe/1-Pe. But cause the classification values is always 1, 0,0 and 0,1 is always zero. So at the end my highest values of kappa what I can get is 50 %, which sound wrong. So maybe I use the wrong data for the matrix ???? Do you use Excel or can we do this also with snap ?

Can we recode these wrongly classified values in to actual values.? In your classes sports field also marked as savenna. So how to recode that as sports field.?

does SNAP software generates a python code after creating the model ?
